Jag x type 2007 jumps out of 5th gear

Hi everyone I've got a 2007 x type 20ltr diesel that jumps out of 5th gear when I bought the car it had had a new clutch and fly wheel fitted any ideas what could be causing it. Kind regards Eddie.
