Service interval help please.

New member here in Japan. English Bill, just bought a 1999 XKR Coupe with only 14,000 miles on the clock.

(Yes, it does look like new and it's Phoenix Red).

Jaguar serviced since new at Jaguar with one careful owner according to the paperwork.

So... I have all the papers/manuals and know the normal service recommendations according to the book but all go by "normal mileage", however,

does anyone know a general rule or a list of service "must/should-do's" for a 20 year old XKR with so few miles?

With the historical official Jaguar service we may assume it's in good condition so far, but I'm too far away (physically and probably financially) to have it Jag serviced in the future. Probably going to be a classic car enthusiast (but not Jag specialist) garage around the corner (except for the tensioners -see below- where I may have to splurge because it does need to be done "right").

Also, any preemptive suggestions welcome (more than the ones I'm already taking which are: changing the timing chains and tensioners and upgrading the water pump to white plastic impeller version).

Thanks in advance.

Bill
