Dear Friends

I have a problem with my Jaguar X308 4.0 Daimler (2001) Immediately after starting and for the first kilometers of driving the car behaves perfectly, maybe a little too loud ticking watch in the console.
But when the car warms up (after several dozen minutes of driving), with each start there is a strong jerk and a knock from the rear suspension side. This can be avoided by very slowly increasing the engine speed, so the car starts smoothly. Some mechanics say the gearbox needs repair, others say the rear axle needs to be repaired. Does anyone know this problem and know how to remove these jerks? I live in Poland, in Warsaw. Cars like mine are not very popular here and it is not easy to find a good specialist (diagnostician)
