Service list/procedures

I've just bought a 2003 X-Type. I shall intend to do as much work as possible myself and certainly general servicing.

I've downloaded workshop manual, electrical guide (2002 but should be close enough) and diagnostic codes. But I haven't found a list (official or otherwise, but would like the official Jaguar one) of what should be done at each service, including the duration or mileage between items as relevant. Can anyone point me to such a resource in preparation for when I need to do something?
