Help required please ticking noise on acceleration

Hello I am hoping someone can help.

 

I have had in last 3 months new EGR valve, all hoses, injectors, glow plugs, Oil and fuel filter and have 2 issues.

When accelerating or revving especially from cold there is a loud ticking noise.

 

Second when car is cold it takes a few seconds to start need to keep foot down for longer than normal, when engine is warm starts straight away.

 

Any ideas please?
