What hoses/pipes these are please ?

Can anyone please advise me what hoses / pipes these are they are located at back of engine near window scuttle one seems to have some metal insulation which seems to be worn on scuttle and hose clip. 
Also any advice on where best to get replacement and possible part numbers would be very much appreciated.
