XF Sportbrake rear seat removal

Hello. This is a bit unfortunate...My son fell asleep in the rear seat of my 2013 Sportbrake. His Apple Airpod fell out of his ear and belive it or not, straight down the gap in the seat where the rear seat belt anchor points are located! I cannot for the life of me discover how I can remove the base of the rear seat to get to this area. I have tried fishing around in the gap but I believe his ear phone has now slid under the actual seat base. Can anybody help please? Apple want £60 for ONE replacement ear pod! Thanks very much. Tim
