I have had my 2020 e-pace hse for only 4 days now an I am trying to get my head round all of the "toys" I can not get the front parking sensors to work do they have to be switched on somewhere in the system, I had a very limited handover from the dealer due to "social distancing " any suggestions ?

If it’s the same as mine, have a look on the roof panel for a switch with a “P” on it. If you are just going forward then press that to activate the front sensors.

If you select reverse first then both sets of sensors should become active, the switch “P” can then switch off the front sensors only if not required.

Thanks for that, on the E-Pace the P  is on the touch screen, but most of the time it is just not highlighted (shaded ?) and will not activate, also the speaker symbol on the right of the screen has a line across,  I have had cars in the past where you could switch the sensors off, in such things as bumper to bumper slow traffic, but never on where you cant switch them on.

Have you downloaded the jaguar iguide app to your phone? Whilst the car is in reverse and sensors are active press the double cog button (1) which should take you into the parking sensor settings. You then get a toggle switch to switch them on or off.

Hi,

We have just collected an E pace and we have the same issue, did you manage to sort this and find out how to fix it and activate the parking aid?
