Does anyone have a source or know where I can get replacement parts for my 2001 Jaguar S-Type (J-Reg)?

I understand that, given the age of the car, Jaguar don't have lots of spare parts in their stock.

Happy to buy used/second hand parts.  Are there breakers yards that sell spare parts.

I'm specifically looking for rear door auto/electronic locking motor/mechanism.
