04 2.7d post-facelift non-nav stereo upgrade, what do i actually need?

Hi all,
so yet another raido thread as i can't quite find what i need in the forum (cross eyed reading the various theads) as it seems the photos i need have disappeared!

So i have an 2004 S-type 2.7d without Nav.
My plan is to fit a Sony-XAV-AX100
For this i assume i need: 
the head unit https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/in-car-receivers-players/xav-ax100
A facia; the Connects CT24JG04 seems to be the right https://connects2.com/Product/ProductItem/CT24JG04">https://connects2.com/Product/ProductItem/CT24JG04 (they have others, but seem to be for cars WITH nav, but only this one says without, a little confusing)
A harness adapter; again Connects seem to be the answer with there CT10JG01 https://connects2.com/Product/ProductItem/CT10JG01
Steering wheel control adaptor connects CTSJG002.2 https://connects2.com/Product/ProductItem/CTSJG002.2 ;WITH a sony patch lead http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/ctsjg002-2-jaguar-x-type-s-type-steering-stalk-control-adaptor seem to supply both)

I have stuck the part numbers in so if the links die hopefully google can rescue.
