Door trim clips

Hi, 

I'm new to my Jaguar XF (X260) and I need to remove an interior door trim panel, I have seen on Youtube how to do it but I don't know if the trim clips are reusable or need to be replaced. If they need to be replaced, what size and style are they? I don't want to get the panel off and not be able to refit it without new clips.
