HI I AM NEW TO THE CLUB AND HAVE A 2019 XF I AM HAVING GREAT DIFFICULTY INSTALL A MAP UPDATE, I HAVE TRIED DOWNLOADING THE NEW ONE ON A MEMORY STICK AND THEN FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLING IT.

HOWEVER I FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTHING COMES UP ON SCEEN. I HAVE CHECKED THE CARD AND IT SAYS IT IS LOADED WITH THE NEW MAPS, I HAVE TRIED AN INSTALL SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO LUK
