Touch screen inquiry

Hi guys! 

Brand new member here. 

Just picked up an X Type and I'm really happy with it. However, potentially stupid question coming your way. 

Is there a way of stopping the touch screen coming on evertime the car is started. Personally I find it quite distracting and have to turn the screen off evertime I fire it up.

The touch screen is a bit like an engine  - they both work on the ignition.

Just press the Leaping Jaguar picture, and when you do it out of habit you will forget it.

Just enjoy your Jaguar.
