Hi New member, My 2010 heated rear window does not work

Hi Ever i since bought my 2011 XJ the rear window element does no appear work The switch light is on The rear screen was re tinted when I bought it. is there any way to check the element The screen seems to clear slowly, does it have heater vents that blow on it? Any suggestions would be appreciated David
