I’m trying to top my coolant up on my x type, but when I take off the cap there is another cap underneath and not sure how to get this off? Don’t want to force it just in case. Anyone know how to do this please? Photo attached.

hi

looks like you cap has split, should just pull out, should be all one piece

the yellow part should be stuck inside the cap

new cap time
