Hi All, 

I have a 2001 Jaguar XKR AJ61 engine with code P1646 coming up.

All 4 O2 sensors have been replaced,  its had both fuel pumps replaced but still have the code! 

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm on the brink of sending the ECU for testing.
