Hi there can anyone help please, I want to take the load space cover off that is attached to the back windscreen. I can’t see a way to remove it without breaking the plastic lugs? Anyone else removed theirs? Many Thanks

Had it off at the weekend, just give it a gentle tug, came away without any problems

I recently bought a 2019 E-pace, and the 2 parts of the parcel shelf do not sit together properly - there is a gap I can put my hand through. Jaguar tell me this is a "characteristic" of the car. I think either this car has a dodgy shelf, or it is a substantial design fault. How do other rear shelves fit? The rear section fitted to the door on my car is too long and therefore bows, leavung a gap. How are they on other peoples cars?

I also want to remove this load cover / secondary parcel shelf from the rear of the jaguar e-pace.  I see the post saying 'just give it a tug' but rather than risk breaking something, can I just check, what screws or fittings need to be removed before 'giving it a tug'? I just can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

Scratch that - I've done it. For those wanting to do the same, just open the boot. Then look for the two rubber 'star shape' bungs on the left and right underside of the window shelf. With your fingers, just gently but with some pressure, pull down on those so they eventually just come out. Then the shelf will naturally just drop come off from the other side (that pushes into the window).  Very simple, nothing breaks or snaps or needs tugging.  Hope this helps.
