Engine Oil for 3.0 V6

Hiya Gents 

This is more of a "what do you use" other than a what should I use thread.. 

I'm currently running a Mobil 1 FS 0w40 and she runs beautifully on the stuff, the motor is completely silent.. 

Anyone else running a different spec to the 5w30 in the manual?

No I use Castrol 5w 30 and she runs sweet as a nut

I also use Castrol 5w 30.
