2011 xf s electric seat problem

My 2011 xf drivers seat, height adjustment has packed up,  the other functions are working fine, as is the passenger seat.

Anyone had a similar problem and any fixes would be appreciated.

As everything else on the seat is working my thoughts are it is either the switch or the motor.
