Just to say I went to use my club/Halfords discount card recently and the chap on the check out could not process it. I then said get the manager who also had a hard job doing so. In the end they got it working but it took about 15 mins. I am told they have few Jags in Yeovil come in. So be warned you may have to be persistent.

This happens now and then.  I am also persistent, even though Jaguars are built 8 miles away!

I have just been to Halfords in Worcester and they wouldn't accept my Discount Card. Reason given was it can only be done via an App? She couldn't explain which App. I did ask if Manager was in and she said there isn't one.

These are the latest Details I have about the discount - From July - I will ask the other Moderators.

Halfords have recently updated their discount system and this has affected certain older discount cards which now have an expired barcode.
We are advising Members who have an active Premium Membership and signed up before 1st March 2021 to apply for a replacement card with the new barcode

Hi Im having the same issue with my card so I checked and order a new one how long should I expect to wait as I’m waiting to purchase something it’s been about a week
