Come back from a trip and my XK battery is flat!

My 2012 XK has a flat battery it would seem, wanted to go out for a blast and absolutly dead.

Interestingly, the running lights and rear number plate are on, but the stalk is set to off. Having got into the car again and ensured yes the lights were set o off, the nearside main beam is on!

Finally found the jump points in the boot, but still as dead as a door nail!

Anyone had this happen, or have any thoughts.

Another interesting point was last time I used the car the cigarette lighter was dead.....🤨

Thoughts would be appreciated.

Update...... headlamps are now out, but the number plate lights and small side rear red lights are lit.....

Think my car is haunted!!
