is it possible to separate the lens from the bulbs for cleaning inside the headlight ?

They are a sealed unit, so you have to replace the whole unit,

but !!!

if it’s water ingress / steaming up then take the Bulb out and dry out with a hairdryer and then once dry, replace the Bulb making sure the seals are intact

Read of them being separated ..... but it involves heating in an oven to soften the adhesive so they can be separated. Great care is needed.
