Hello all,

So I need to remove my wheels to replace rear discs and pads

what i cant do however is remove the locking wheel nut covers which seem to be on 'super-tight', are they threaded ?

I think there should be a supplied tool for this but its not present in the car

What does it look like and where can i get one!

Thanks

Tim

There is no cover on the locknut. You should have a locknut socket in the boot that will only fit one way. If the locknut is not present then you will need to find an independent who can remove them for you.

The best advice you’re ever gonna get is, once removed change them for ordinary lug nuts.

Thanks for the tip!

I located the adapter and was able to remove wheels (I was overthinking it - thinking it had a cover on it) although it looks like there is - so for anyone else 'there is no cover on the locknuts you just use the adapter'.
