Gear stick flashing N and panel showing gearbox fault

Rotary gear knob is out and stuck and flashing N and screen showing gearbox fault. Would it be any sensor or resetting needed? Error code showing p1707. I can feel a bit of vibration when sitting inside the car. Any fault diagnostic?

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago although I didn`t have any error messages. Had the car recovered to the garage and they had to remove the drive selector assembly and sent it to a specialist, luckily it is still under warranty and now working perfect.
