Central unlocking fault

Hi all

My Jaguar xf sportbrake is struggling to unlock.

Same issue with both keys.

Single or double press on unlock button, indicator flash twice, headlight comes on indicator flash then headlight off and indicator flash again. Still locked.

 

Any clues
