Rear camber way out of wack

I just acquired an 02 x type 2.5l and it has terrible rear camber but everything is tight and not worn out in the assembly. Any possible ideas on where to start. The adjustment cam is maxed out so I cannot just get it aligned anymore. Thanks in advance!
