I think any product that can promote regular vehicle maintenance checks such as brake fluid condition is a good thing.

More than often, the brake fluid is overlooked and should be changed at a minimum of every two years as it absorbs moisture (hygroscopic) and leads to decreased boiling point which can lead to a loss of brake pressure.

I say, go for it and handy addition to anyones tool box

Admittedly the reading is very good with well under the acceptable level of water content, but I have not tested any brake fluid that is below an accepted level. Mainly because I have non, thankfully.
