walnut trim

Jaguar S type 2006 3ltre petrol  I am an old fashioned so &so. where can I get replacement walnut trim?  How easy/hard is it to replace.

I know it is not everyones taste  but I like the luxury look of it .it harks back to the old Jaguars.
