Hi all, anyone know what et you can you can get away with when fitting 20" rims, most say et49 but anyone tried anything different without any rubbing issues.

Personally I would not bother, you will get an appalling ride in return for a bit of "pose value" but if you want to waste your money - speak to these people https://www.sbwheels.store/ They will tell you and supply new wheels.
