Has anyone purchased this update disc and can offer any knowledge of its status in use. Have never update a disc before, is it just a case of removing the original and putting the new updated disc in its place.

hi

yes, usually, there plug and play

but pretty useless now, roads have completely changed since 2012,

if search on google you can usually find links to the 2012 disc, download it and burn it to dvd for free.

also if your dvd player wont read the disc, as most discs available are copies, and the dvd nav units are all getting really old now, some wont read copied discs any more, due to worn out lasers. another common problem.

Many thanks. Looks like I am going to have to put up with what I have currently got. Could maybe advisable to invest in a separate SatNav.
