Many posts on this forum regarding Parasitic Drain. S-Types are probably even more affected that other Jaguars (which are affected). Low battery will often lead to this type of annoying messages/codes. Usual advice applies  .......... invest in a CTEK MS 7 or MS 10 charger/re-conditioner and use it on your car at least once a month and for minimum of 24 hrs. I, and many other members on this forum, use and thoroughly recommend the CTEK products.
