Evening guys and girls, been a club member for a couple of years now but not messaged before

I have a 2010 XF 3.0 diesel V6 and a newly acquired 2007 XK Convertible  

I’m looking to converse with anyone who knows a bit about the soft top operation. Just got a few questions about the covers of the mechanism 

would be grateful for any input
