Headlamp lens conversion for driving in France

My XK doesn't have the LH conversion levers and there's no line-up marks on the lens for placing a convertor sticker. Everyone I've asked just shrugs shoulders! Any help or advice please?

Simon, may not apply, but noted that my handbook, 2014 MY car, specifically states “ beam pattern suitable for driving either side of the road; no need for mechanical adjustment or external decals”

Wonder how that works then. As I am certain many are aware, if for instance a vehicle is parked on the wrong side of the road with headlights turned on, they can dazzle oncoming drivers.
