Hi everyone.

I own an F Pace 2lt diesel, bought it January 2020, in March 2022 I had to change timing chain, it costed me €2500 and this coz I new the person that worked with, the garage of Jaguar at Duffies priced it €3300. Anyway 10 days ago turbo left on me, the strange thing was that didn’t gave me any sign or any code the car was driving perfect the day before, while I was at M50 it started to make a noise like screaming very badly especially if you had to rev up. Today I went to collect the car paid €1400 and when I turned it on it came up on the right side Engine warning lite . This are all the codes that came up after I brought it to a man to check it up on his computer. Has anyone had any of this and if you know what it is and what I should do?
many thanks in advance

There are various posts on this site saying that if battery on way out then various spurious lights come on. Could this be problem ? Various people say to give the battery a deep charge.

Jaguar, in general can be a problem with battery discharge. Using a CTEK Re-conditioner/Charger regularly and for at least 24 hours can resolve/stop a lot of low battery potential problems.

"Other makes are available" ........... as the media would state. You will find a lot of people on this forum , including myself, use the CTEK product. I have a CTEK MS 7, which is also capable of starting flat batteries.

Best Wishes and Regards, John

Hi mate,

did you sort this? My XE has that piston cooling jet fault and I’m looking for a way to get it fixed or to at least learn as much bad I can about it.
