Carbon on tail pipes

Hi all

Previous owner let black carbon? Deposits build up on the inside of the end of the 4 tail pipes

suggestions on how to remove these black deposits as seem to be quite solid

Hi David,

I used soap and water and a non scratch scouring pad.

I have also used Pink stuff can buy it all in places like Wilko, cheap pound shops.

Every one seems to have a preference some people like WD40, Astonish. Bar Keepers Friend.

I would not usec anything that would scratch the metal.

you can get polishing cones that go in your drill

bit of t-cut only takes a few seconds and should be like new
