XF stereo screen stuck at Jaguar

Hi. I think I have a few electrical gremlins to be honest. There have been a few times recently that the stereo has got stuck at the Jaguar screen and won’t go any further. It means no music etc. 

It often fixes itself but only once a full turn off and alarm locking from outside. 
 

Anyone had this issue or got thoughts how to remedy it?

I have a MY10 XF 3.0D
