Jaguar F pace 3l Supercharged Engine Cut Power Issue

I would really appreciate an input on this issue.

I have a Jaguar F Pace 3l Petrol with a really frustrating issue where it cuts power on highway at constant speed. This does not happen right away, after around 30 min of driving, the issue starts to appear and then will happen every 2-3 minutes. This makes driving long distances a nightmare.
After the power is cut for around 1minute if I accelerate fully no power is delivered to the wheels, the engine reeves high but with a very strange noise, not the usual exhaust noise.
After this minute, the power will come back and the care will start accelerating again for 2-3 minutes until it happens again.

Changing from Eco to Sport does not help nor putting the gear into sport.

NO ERROR code is given on the dashboard or on the computer scanner - the Jaguar dealership did not know what the issue is.
At this point I've been to 4 different mechanics with no solution...
