After Market Warranty for my Jaguar XF

Hi everyone and a Happy New Year,

I have a 2019 XF Sportbrake Portfolio and it is out of the manufacturers warranty period. Mine has the 2 litre Ingenium engine and, whilst the car runs well and I love driving it, having read about the timing chain issues that are occurring with JLR vehicles using this engine I am suffering from timing chain fault anxiety.

Which, if any, after market warranties should I go for? RAC and AA both sell one and I could go for Jaguar's own.

Any experiences with warranties of any brand, good or bad, would be appreciated.

Any I buy must cover the timing chain issue should I be unlucky enough to suffer it.

My current mileage is only 24k and the car gets regular Oil changes more frequently than the Jag recommended change times.

Hi Paul

I have used  motoreasy for my ftype a d now on my fpace, always found them helpful and easy to deal with and did me a cracking deal on my fpace after changing cars
