Passengers door problem

My passengers door doesn't lock or unlock with the key fob. When I start driving it still doesn't lock. 2015 xf luxury. Anyone help?

Door locks are a common problem on these motors. Probably requires the whole lock to be replaced but you`ll need to go to a garage and get it checked out.
