injector seal change

im in a bit of a pickle so to speak, ive got 2 blown injector seals, im wondering how difficult they are to replace. 

 

im quite handy with the spanners 🤦‍♂️🤣

 

also which seals will i need to replace as im assuming there is 2 seals per injector??

 

 

 

any advice would be welcome as i dont really want to send it to a garage and spend a fortune on labour when i can do it myself

 

oh its a XF-S 3.0d

My mechanic just fixed one of mine, said it was a copper washer, part cost €10, install cost €240!

Didn't seem like a big job, tbh
