Brake and Hazzards

Hi,

I have a 2012 XF and am having a problem in so much as the hazzards and brake lights wont go off. I had a recent prob with the boot loom/cam coax that was worn , after replacing it  the brake lights and hazzards wont turn off, any ideas folks
