Hiya Frank. Because I went to a local cluster repair company, and they said it's there to block all the faults in the car. Whoever put that block also disconnected the door open, and lights on speaker.

My uneducated guess is they may have got into the software somehow. 

I'm getting the car diagnosed to see what's being hidden.

    Update :

    I'm taking the cluster to Cluster Repair UK who will do whatever it takes, including exchanging it, if needed, for a new one.
