Hi, Guys

New here, just looking for some information as I am considering purchasing an X-Type.

Stumbled upon the link below before realising that this Jag is being advertised as a rare 'Black over Grey' release. Can anyone tell me if this was actually a release by Jaguar? My gut is telling me quite strongly that the bodywork is made up of parts from two different motors haha.

Any help appreciated!

Cheers,

Callum

Hi

Dont think there was ever a option of 2 tone from the factory

if you look in the x-type brochures there was never any 2 tone ones

also may be worth mentioning, now been 2 tone, may effect the insurance, as any paintwork due to a accident would cost considerably more, than a standard car

cheers

Hi, Joe

Cheers for the information. I think I'll give it a miss! Will keep hunting for one in the meantime.

Cheers,

Callum
