Has anyone had any success of late?

Website has no "live chat button", phone lines not in use, email all unsupervised and zero response on twitter or FB.

Any functional contact details gratefully received!  - Specifically looking for emmisions data for a 2004 Japanese S  type (ULEZ!!)

Thanks - Very frustrating - Actually got into a phone queue yesterday, no response for 30 mins so gave up!! Guess they're dealing with irritated EV owners full time!!
