XF 2012 Tread plate / scuff plate

Hi,
Just bought my first Jag, a 2012 2.2 XF and am very happy with it so far.

It just needs a couple of cosmetic fixes one of which are the tread plates.

For some reason, they have been peeled off, leaving the nice sticky tape, which I'm going to attack tomorrow.

How easy are these to replace, and any idea where I can get them from (black).
