Hi all

Yesterday my Amazon Alexa which had been working announced it was disconnected and required re connecting.

I checked the account was active in my in control account and on amazon and followed the  cars on screen instructions but when I get to connect by email it just keeps saying try again,  any one any ideas I also checked the car is signed in to incontrol account, everything else seems to be working ?

Jaguar help line sorted problem, required a re boot of privi pro system,  remove all accounts from system, hard restart by holding radio volume down  for 30 sec, log back in to your incontrol system, follow set up instructions and all sorted
