Fault codes found after restricted performance was engaged

Hey peep, finally bought my first XF-S last week and absolutely loving it and wondering why it took me this long to get one. It's a facelift 271hp in black on a 61 plate. 

So, I've just had the restricted performance warning, switched off for a few minutes and she ran fine, then it came up again. I'm getting these two codes:

9B0167

9B3364

 

I've searched on the web and can't find anything. Any help on what these are referencing would be extremely helpful.
