2017 XF Key Fob Fault

Morning All,

 

I have a 2017 Jag XF and having issues with the keys not being recognised to start the car. If you try start its coming up a message saying Smart key not recognised Reposition or Place as shown and press start button.

When a put both the keys beside the side of the steering column the Ignition comes on but want start. Changed both batteries in the keys. 

If anyone has any ideas what could cause this please let me know.
