Intercooler leak 2.7D

At my MOT today I pointed out I had a slight leak under the front end near radiator. Apparently its fluid from the intercooler. From reading here I understand it could just be a clip needing tightening,  or perhaps a pipe failure.

Can anyone advise please how many hours this may cost to remedy either for at best the clip replacing, or at worse intercooler replacement?
