hi i have a 2012 xf im having a problem i cannot open my fuel cap it was working fine before and just stopped could anybody help please.

Hi Kevin

Can you give us some more details and maybe some photos? Is it turning at all? or is it the Filler flap not opening?

Push down on it as you twist ???

Or is it the flap as John said ???
